No – I’ll take a photo of the guests so there’s no queue. The illustrations can simply be picked up when they’re finished.

I need about 9 minutes per person, depending on outfit, hair, etc.

Depending on the schedule of your wedding, I can usually photograph around 50 guests in 8 hours. Depending on the agreement, I start either before the ceremony or at the reception with the first photos & illustrations and artistically document your event until the evening.

I don’t need much space – a table and a chair are perfectly sufficient. Even a quick change of location between the reception and dinner is no problem for me, as my equipment is quick to set up and take down.

Good lighting in the evening is always helpful, of course, although I also bring my own small lamp. For outdoor events, a shady spot and shelter in case of bad weather should also be available.

During the event, I can only draw each person or group once to ensure that as many guests as possible receive an illustration – this also applies to the bride and groom. Even if individual family members are present on their own, there simply isn’t enough time during the wedding for multiple versions of the same person.

However, with a wedding collage, it’s possible to add more family members or special loved ones later – including people who couldn’t be there on your special day or who have passed away.
